Here you will find answers to questions you may have. If you still need further clarification, or want something that you don’t see on the order form, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Pricing & Payment:
- All goods on this website are priced at an estimated amount. Pricing is subject to change, as orders can be customized and altered. Therefore, the final cost to you will be reflected in an invoice sent by email before I start on your order.
- Payment will be due in full by the due date listed on your invoice (usually within 24 hours of order submittal). Payment can be issued in the form of PayPal, Venmo, or Debit/Credit.
- If payment is not received by the due date, your order will be canceled.
Customizations/Altercations:
- Some orders, although not all, can be customized and altered. I will always be 100% honest and let you know if I am capable of your customizations/altercations. Please use the “Special Requests” text box in the order form to submit your preferred customizations. Please note that pricing is subject to change based on customizations made.
Products:
- All goods may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, and/or peanuts.
- I take food safety seriously, therefore every product I make has gone through sanitation precautions, uses only fresh and carefully stored ingredients, and does not require refrigeration.
Delivery of Goods:
- I only offer Delivery and Pick up orders at this time; no shipping is available.
- All products are capable of being delivered in the Reno, Sparks, Spanish Springs, Sun Valley, and South Reno area (as weather allows). I do not deliver to North Valleys, Virginia City, Carson City, Tahoe, or Verdi area; however pick up is an option.
- If you choose to have your products delivered, there will be an additional charge reflected in the invoice. I base my additional delivery charge on $1/mile from my starting point. There is no additional charge for pick up orders.
Order Info:
- Once you have placed your order, I will try my best to respond in 24 hours. A confirmation email that includes your invoice and payment methods will be sent to you and from there, I will need payment by the due date shown. If any details need editing, let me know and I will send you a new invoice.
- You will receive a text from me 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup/delivery time both as a reminder and for us to have a coordinated pick up/delivery.
- I have a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Please let me know if you are running late. If you are a no-show after that time, you will forfeit the products as well as payment.
Canceling/Rescheduling:
- You may cancel your order at any point before your payment due date with no repercussions; please reach out to me directly at sugarandcrumbco@yahoo.com to cancel.
- I unfortunately cannot reschedule orders. You will need to cancel the order by emailing me, then reorder for another date/time on my website.
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before scheduled pick up/delivery: 100% refund
- Cancellations 12-24 hours before scheduled pick up/delivery: 50% Refund
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before scheduled pick up/delivery: No Refund
